Entries for SAs fastest growing race, the Pick n Pay Amashovashova, are open on-line today! After last years massive entry of more than 12 000 riders, the organisers are watching the rapid growth of the race very carefully, and have decided to impose a limit of 15 000 entries on this years race.

The startling emergence of the previously disadvantaged community in SA cycling has been emphasised as never before with the news this week that Sifiso Nhlapo (16), Pick n Pays top male BMX rider in 2004, will be off to the famous World Cycling Centre in Switzerland in May for a three month stint before going straight to the world championships in Paris at the end of July.
